Manager Resources

The Team Manager is a key member of the team’s leadership group, responsible for overseeing the administrative and organizational aspects of team operations throughout the season. This role helps ensure that coaches can dedicate their time and attention to player development, team strategy, and on-ice activities.

Working closely with the Head Coach, the Team Manager assists in coordinating communication, scheduling, league requirements, and team logistics. A collaborative relationship between the coaching staff and Team Manager is essential to maintaining an efficient and well-organized team environment.



The Team Manager also serves as an important connection between the Association, league officials, coaches, parents, and players, helping to facilitate clear communication and support a positive experience for all participants throughout the hockey season.

• Use the log to track submission of injury reports, when applicable, and return to play status.

• Please fill out an injury report form and email to injuryreports@hockeyalberta.ca and CC safety@seerahockey.ca
• Filling out the form does not mean an insurance claim will be filed. Should a claim be warranted, the form must be submitted and CLAIMS MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE INJURY DATE.
